Holidaying here in the Pyrénées?...... Enjoy a real Landrover experience and come out with us for the day on a Landtreks Discover the Pyrénées mini adventure tour in our fully prepared Landrover? We will take you along spectacular rugged mountain passes and dense forest trails, passing through picturesque villages along the way. The scenery is fantastic at all times of the year, so we make sure that there will be plenty of opportunities for you to stop and take it all in....you just sit back, relax and enjoy the experience.

We include refreshments throughout the day and also a typical French picnic of delicious local fresh bread, cheeses, meats, salad and wine.

Landtreks Mountain and Forest tours are ideal for the whole family (5 people maximum), a couple or an individual who are holidaying in the area and would like to see the real Pyrénées but do not have their own 4x4.

It's easy...... we will collect and return you to your accommodation (maximum 30 km from Lavelanet, Ariège) or you can meet us in Lavelanet, Mirepoix or Foix.

The Mountain and Forest Adventure day tours are available throughout the year, weather conditions permitting.

SIGHTS AND ATTRACTIONS DAY TOURS

Holidaying in the Ariège area without your own transport or just fancy a break from driving? We can take you (5 people maximum) out on day tour by Landrover to see some of the many sights and attractions that the area has to offer, including: Cathar Châteaux, grottos and caverns, gorges, medieval cities, the Mediterranean coast, Andorra, or even a 4x4 trip up the impressive peak of Mount Canigou - just look at the list below or if you have a special request, just ask!

It's easy...... we will collect and return you to your accommodation (maximum 30 km from Lavelanet, Ariège) or you can meet us in Lavelanet.

2 DAY SCENIC TOUR with overnight B&B - only 276 euros per person

Normally for one of our day tours Carcassonne is just that bit too far away from our base in Ariège; so in response to those holidaying there without their own transport and therefore unable to get to us we have put together this superb 2 day adventure with overnight B&B. Normal coach and van tours can show you some of the Pyrénées, but our Landrover makes it possible to see and experience the remoter parts of this truly magnificent region; en route we pass ancient gorges, Cathar Châteaux and travel along mountain and towering forest trails and through the quaintest of rural villages.

2 day scenic tour by Landrover.

Picnic lunch and refreshments each day.

One night B&B with continental breakfast in the medieval city of Mirepoix which is famous for its market square which is surrounded by 500-600 year old half-timbered buildings and the Cathedral St Maurice. Here you will find a choice of restaurants and cafe bars surrounding the square.

Return to Carcassonne.
